By accessing or using our services the user acknowledges that he/she has read, understood and agrees to be legally bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this document.
1. Information About Us
Run Around Delivery Service is a company incorporated and registered in Belfast, Northern Ireland. You may contact us at... or by using the instant messaging facility on our website, social media platform and or Application.
Our objective is to provide on-demand delivery from any restaurant, store, business or street address within the city. When you order through Run Around, we act as an agent on behalf of the User to conclude your order from our website, social media platform and or Application and to manage your experience throughout the order process. Once you have placed an order, delivery of your Items will be arranged by Run Around.
3. Your Account
Before you can place orders for Items using our Application, you need to create an account. You must keep your login information secret and prevent unauthorised access to your email account or mobile phone. If your account is accessed by anyone else, you will be responsible to accept and pay for any Items they order. We will not be responsible for any losses you suffer, unless the person using the account gained access to it because we did not keep it secure. You may close your account at any time by requesting to do so in the account section of our application or contacting us via email. We may suspend your access to your account, or close it permanently, if we believe that your account has been used by someone else. We may also close your account if, in our opinion, you are abusing our Service (for example, by applying for discounts or credit to which we do not consider you are entitled, making repeated unreasonable complaints, mistreating our staff or riders, not accepting orders that you have placed without any good reason). If you feel your account has been closed unjustly, you may contact our customer service team to discuss the matter.
4. Service Availability
Our service is available only within the city of Belfast, Northern Ireland at the moment. Our operation hours are 8am to 2am seven days a week. If we are unable to deliver orders due to bad weather conditions, our Application being down or some other reason, we will inform you that the order cannot be delivered.
When you place an order through our Application, it needs to be accepted by us before it is confirmed. We will send you a notification once your order has been accepted. You are responsible to pay for all Items ordered using your account including the related delivery charges, and for complying with these Terms, even if you have ordered the Item for someone else. All Items are subject to availability.
When you place an order we will tell you an estimated delivery time for your Item but we will attempt delivery as soon as possible; you must therefore be available to accept delivery from the time you place the order. Despite our best efforts, things may not always go to plan and factors such as traffic and weather conditions may prevent us from delivering your Item on time. In such cases you will be notified by our rider or customer service team regarding delays. We will attempt delivery at the address you provide to us when you place your order. If you need to change the delivery address after you have placed the order, you may do so by informing our customer service team but this may impact delivery charges and delivery time. In the event of a failed delivery if it is due the fault of the customer you will still be charged for that particular order. Reasons you might cause a delivery to fail include (but are not limited to):
• You do not come to the door/are not available at the address you have provided to us at the time of delivery or do not pick up the phone when the rider contacts you using the contact information you have provided to us.
7. Your Rights if Something is Wrong With Your Items
We will do our best to ensure that you receive goods which comply with their description, which are of satisfactory quality and which comply with any specific requirements you tell us about, that we agree to, before you place your order. If you believe that the Items you have been delivered do not comply with these rights, do let us know. We will request a photograph showing the problem if it is something that can be seen by inspecting the Items. A refund may be provided in respect of the affected part of the Item, unless we have reasonable cause to believe that the problem was caused after delivery.
You may cancel an order without any charge within five minutes of placing the order. If you are unable to cancel the order within the allotted time frame you will have to pay the full amount of the order including delivery charges.
If it is a food order, the order cannot be cancelled once food preparation has started.
If an order is cancelled due to non availability of the item(s) you have requested you may or may not be charged the delivery fee depending on where the order was from. Run Around may notify you that an order has been cancelled at any time. In such a case you will not be charged for any orders cancelled by us.
9. Payment and Pricing
Prices for items in our restaurant menu section are inclusive of VAT. You will be notified of any applicable Service Fee and taxes on the checkout page. Payment for all Items and deliveries can be made on our Application by credit/debit card or COD (Cash on delivery).
10. Tips When Placing Your Order:
If you would like to pay a tip to your rider you may do so when placing the order if payment is being made by card. The amount can be added to your total and 100% of the tip amount will be given to the rider by Run Around. If it is a cash on delivery order, the tip amount is between the customer and the rider directly with no involvement of Run Around.
11. Our Responsibility for Loss or Damage That You Suffer
We are responsible and liable to you only for any loss or damage that you may suffer due to a fault of ours. This may include items not arriving in their proper condition due to negligence on the part of our rider or if you inform us that there is a chance of a product being damaged due to it being sensitive but we still agree to deliver it and guarantee the product reaching the destination in its original condition but are unable to do so. In circumstances that are not in our control such as bad weather conditions or theft we cannot be held liable for any loss or damage that you may suffer.

These terms are legally binding and will only not be considered so if the person who has the rights delays enforcing the terms or waives their right enforce them. If a court or other authority decides that any part of these Terms is illegal or ineffective, the rest of the terms will be unaffected and will remain in force. We may change these Terms from time to time. If we make any changes which affect your rights in relation to our Service, we will notify you. Changes to the Terms will not affect any orders you have placed where we have sent the Confirmation Notice.
